With 10+ years of experience, she is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Trauma-Informed Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, and Yoga Expert.
She supports individuals in healing childhood and relationship trauma, rebuilding self-worth, and reconnecting with their authentic selves and life purpose.
